 - Condition: The property is in general good condition, it needs painting and might be some adjustments but there is no need to make big reforms. However due to the great potential that this property offers, you will probably get some ideas on how to reform it, because with a litle bit of work this double duplex apartment could be transformed into a very nice home. One of the two aircons doesn't work, but the installation seems ok so it probably just is the lifetime expiration.

Since there aren't many high buildings, those that are, have a very wide range of view which gives it very good views. From the terrace you can see all El Chaparral, The Ping Lake of Torrevieja, the side behind and even the faar mountains on a good sunny day.

 - Additional features: There is a community pool which gives you the luxury to access it in just 45 meters around the corner, something that I recommend a lot, because the Summer in Spain can be very hot some days.
