It will easily accommodate sun beds plus dining table and chairs, which makes it perfect for evening meals, while watching the sun go down, and yet still warm enough to remain there till late. This comes into its own in the winter months when it enjoys temperature of 5-10 degrees higher than in the lounge, so it is perfect for a second lounge, reading room, or even an office. Just 50 yds away is a block of bars and restaurants, and 100 yds further down is a foodstore which has a comprehensive stock of foods and households items. The apartment is set back from the road but, as it is not a through-road, traffic is light an non-invasive. The walk into the main restaurant and shopping area in Quesada takes about 20 minutes, or a 5-6 euros taxi ride. The apartments are a mix of second-home owners and residents, plus a handful of holiday-lets. Nationalities are split almost 50-50 into British and Scandinavians. No children live here, but they do visit, mainly in the school holidays. In the winter months the complex is very sparsely occupied, and so one can enjoy 8-9 months of tranquility.
