Here you are close to several golf courses and with the prestigious Las Colinas closest. It takes approx. 15 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Orihuela Costa and just as long to Torrevieja. The large plot is 552m2 and consists of several good social areas. At the entrance from the road find a carport with an electric gate to easily park in the shade on the lot. There is also a large dining area with easy access to the kitchen. Here you have a fantastic view of the surroundings and the pool. The house is 281m2 and it is reached through a few steps where you are welcomed by a hall with space to hang outerwear. From the hall you have the modern kitchen on the right and a guest toilet on the left before you enter the living room with dining area. From here you have beautiful views from all windows and access to a terrace with an additional dining area. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a private bathroom. An internal staircase leads down to the mezzanine level where you will find a bedroom with bathroom, an office with large storage inside and another terrace overlooking the pool. At the top you will find a roof terrace with a 360 degree view.
