Terraced house with roof terrace in Jardin del Mar Welcome to this well-kept home located in an area called Jardin del Mar and located just north of Torrevieja. The home with its approximately 43 sqm has a large private roof terrace with views over the entire area and Torrevieja's famous salt lakes. We are welcomed into a living room which is furnished with a bookshelf, dining area for 4 people and some armchairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The stairs from the outside take us up to the roof terrace where we find another bedroom and a bath. On the terrace there is plenty of space for a sitting area. A communal pool area is located just outside the home and shopping and shops are about 10 minutes walk. Torrevieja has become an extremely popular town on the Costa Blanca and has been transformed from an old fishing village into a modern medium-sized town in recent decades. In addition to fine sandy beaches and beautiful promenades, there is a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a rich nightlife. Thanks to the steady stream of Scandinavian tourists who populate the streets of Torrevieja, the city has a wide range of goods and activities that appeal to Swedes, although genuine Spanish is of course in the majority.
